In a changing global landscape, we are looking for ways to better serve creative individuals on the edges of society. We are currently revising our business model to allow creatives to have more control and greater income from publication while still allowing RavenWolf Publishing to sustain itself as a platform from which voices can be heard. Until we establish a new working model, we feel it would be irresponsible to accept new queries.

Do I have to be queer or write queer content to publish with you?

Absolutely not! While we are a queer-led business, we look to create a space for all voices that are begging to be heard. If you have a manuscript you think we would enjoy, please pitch it to us!

What genres do you look for?

Queerness is about challenging categorization, and as such we currently accept work of any genre. We are as excited for a steamy queer romance novel as we are for a non-fiction manuscript interrogating the history of play.

Will you publish any manuscript you receive?

No. While our mission is to create pathways, not barriers, we reserve the right to uphold our standards and seek work that aligns with our mission and our vision. In particular, we look to bring people together, not tear them apart. If we feel that your book promotes hate, you are unlikely to be invited to publish with us.

What services do you provide authors?

As a very small independent publisher, our ability to provide support is limited, but we do what is in our capacity. That capacity currently includes proofing, feedback, and a publishing outlet, but unfortunately little in the way of marketing support. We would love for that to change in the future and are actively seeking opportunities in that area.
